The app is not working properly. I frequently face technical issues while using it. OTPs are often not received on time, making it difficult to log in or complete transactions. The app hangs, loads slowly, and sometimes fails to process requests. This causes unnecessary delays and frustration.
Overall, the user experience is very poor and needs immediate improvement.
